FRONT OFFICE LAB

GIHM Front Office lab is located on the first floor in a well decorated lobby of international standard. This is considered as the first point of contacts where guest are welcomed and honored. Students are imparted knowledge on providing information, guest registration and billing etc. in the lab. This training is very important to the students to develop their communication skill, social and operational skill required for situation handling. This lab uses the latest IDS Hotel operation software for the front office lab training.

THE MODEL TRAINING RESTAURANT AND BAR

A fabulous training restaurant and a classic mock bar has been set up on the first floor of the institutes to impart training of the highest standards and techniques of services in the fine dinning buffet, banquet, coffeeshop and gueridon services for food and beverage operation.

PRODUCTION LAB WITH MODERN EQUIPMENTS

Three type of global standard production labs{BTK,ATK,QTK} serviced bay a gas bank Installed with latest equipment gives an added advantage handling the actual equipment at the practical level. Hands on skill are imparted on international, national and regional cuisine.

BAKERY AND CONFECTIONERY LAB

GIHM has a separate high standard bakery and confectionary lab for the standard students for Prepare most exclusive and delicious gatues, assortment of breads, cakes, cookies, pastries, muffins etc. as a part of their practical training as per with the requirement of the syllabus and study scheme.
